Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times:
– Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
– Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.
We offer free shipping on orders over $50 (within the U.S.).

Tracking:
All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you and your pets to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Return Period:
Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions for Return:
– Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
– Perishable products (such as food) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return:

2. We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item(s), your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was shipped in error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send your order number, a description of the issue, and photos to info@vitalbondhealth.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
